Dark Matter eLiquid
Enjoy the wonderful flavor of our latest VapeSafe eLiquid - Dark Matter.
Dark Matter tastes like German chocolate cake. For those of you who have not had the fortunate to try a piece German chocolate cake recently, this is a great way to experience the flavor without getting any of the calories. German chocolate cake is a layered cake filled and topped with a coconut-pecan frosting. Traditionally sweet baking chocolate is used for the chocolate flavor in the actual cake. The robust filling and topping is a caramel made with egg yolks and evaporated milk. Once the caramel is cooked, coconut and pecans are stirred into the mixture. Finally, rich chocolate frosting is spread around the sides of the cake to hold in the filling.
Dark Matter eLiquid by VapeSafe captures the essence of German chocolate cake. Dark Matter eLiquid delivers plumes of vapor and rich chocolatey flavor that you'll want to enjoy again and again. Try Dark Matter today!

Summary: "sometimes interesting"
This is a slickly and well produced book that deals with oddities and mysteries and general strangeness around the state. General areas covered include local legends, ancient mysteries, fables people and places, roadside oddities, unexplained stuff, reports of bizarre beasts, properties where the owners went somewhat overboard in decoration, cemeteries of note, and some ghost stories. Usually what you get are short blurbs on the topic to hand, and large photos of related stuff - in the case of roadside Americana (Wisconsiniana?), some quiet roads, and people's sculpture gardens you get photos of the actual subject. But not always.
I found the book to be pretty hit and miss. I enjoyed the ghost stories the most, and some of the tales of alleged unsolved murders. The roadside stuff I thought was okay, though some decent maps or better description of where to find this stuff would have been appropriate. For the rest, the local legends are mostly that, non-factual legends; the strange spotted beasts never existed; and a lot of 'unexplained phenomena' is either perfectly explainable (heavy alcohol intake) or not worth the trouble. There is an awful lot of hearsay and just general fiction shoved into the book, along with a good amount of padding of graphics not related to the subject. 'Some say' testimony, and anonymous email correspondence citing 'a friend told me' isn't really what I had hoped to be getting in this book.
On the whole, it is nice to page through, but I had hoped for a book that would get the reader on the road exploring the state, and this doesn't come close to doing that.

This book is really great, it covers so many "weird" places and things in Wisconsin, lots of which we have seen over the years. It covers haunted places and unusual places & has photos of most along with short stories documenting these places. I would recommend this book to anyone, its a fun book to read and a great reference book when travelling the back roads of Wisconsin to see some unusual and different places & things.

This was an amazing book, I'm planning on buying myself a copy since checking it out from the library. The only problem I had with it is they got a few addresses wrong. The truck in the tree in Clinton, WI... They say it's visible from interstate 90. I'm not good with road names but my dad is, an 84 native of rock county says it's no where near 90. In the picture it's obvious that they went buy the house, I know these people personally and they don't mind visitors so I'm confused as to why they didn't mention the road it's on.
